"Before taking you on as my Personal Performance Coach, my possible progress in skiing was severely restricted due to my general weakness, endurance and poor body condition. The season starter last December in Quebec was a low point, as I could not finish either of the first two full days or the morning of the third day due to extreme fatigue. Finally, when shopping for a coach, you want someone who is compatible with your needs. Walking into a gym and booking a personal training session does not guarantee that you will be matched with a trainer who has the professional focus and background compatible with your goals. You should shop for someone who can take you where you need to go, which means they have already been there. For example, if you are, or would like to be, a powerlifter or a bodybuilder, I am probably not your best choice as trainer (but I can point you in the right direction if you would like a referral). With over 20 seasons of experience as a Ski Pro, coaching and teaching around the world, I have developed a keen eye for evaluating and distilling the key success factors required for individual performance. I also have a competitive background in Laser sailing, an Olympic class dinghy. I played a multitude of team sports competitively in my youth including basketball, hockey and football. I have taught inline skating internationally and swing dancing at a very high level. All this allows me to analyze the performance requirements of any sport and apply them to the efficient and effective program design for high output in that sport. If you are looking for a coach who will be able, and willing, to study and understand the nuances of your sport and ensure your high performance, I am well suited to your needs.
You don't need extensive equipment to train with me. You don't even need a gym membership!
Through extensive personal exploration and experimentation with the Intu-Flow joint health and mobility and Prasara Body-Flow Yoga wings of the CST system, I am able to craft programs requiring little or no equipment while ensuring that you reach your goals. Although I highly recommend Clubbell athletics to round out any complete health and conditioning regime, I am entirely capable of taking you to your goals using only Intu-Flow and Prasara, both of which use your own body as healing and conditioning tools. This means that you can train wherever you would like. You can train in the convenience of your own home, at the office or you can take your training program with you to the gym if you so desire.

You don't need any other knowledge or resources other than this program design and tutorial package. All the exercises are laid out for you in detail, including video clips. Video analysis
If you are simply not sure about your technique on a given exercise, but don't need any program design, I would be happy to review video of your performance of either CST or conventional exercises and provide you with a detailed analysis along with coaching points and guidance on how to improve. Each analysis package is $150 and includes written feedback and coaching on up to 3 exercises.
Hourly Coaching and Consultation
I can consult with you on any subject of your choice for an hourly rate of $175. Consultation can be live, by phone or through an online chat environment.
